About Nursing Guidance

Nursing Guidance helps candidates preparing for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) state exam study with more direction and less guesswork. The CNA exam is the licensure test administered by each state's nurse aide registry or approved testing provider, and it typically includes both a written (or oral) knowledge portion and a clinical skills evaluation. For many students, the hardest part is not the willingness to study, but knowing exactly what to focus on, how to practice effectively, and how to walk into test day feeling prepared.

Our free CNA Exam Ready webinar was created to address exactly that. Led by Daphney Ceme, RN, BSN, the masterclass walks students through what to study, how to approach CNA-style practice questions, and how to build a clear study plan for the written and skills portions of the exam. Sessions cover core topics such as infection control, patient safety, vital signs, activities of daily living, resident rights, and communication, along with common study mistakes and test-taking strategies that help candidates reason through unfamiliar questions.

Nursing Guidance serves a wide range of learners: recent nursing assistant program graduates, adult learners changing careers, ESL students who want exam concepts explained clearly, and returning candidates who did not pass on a first attempt and want a more structured approach. Our content is delivered in plain language and is designed to complement, not replace, the instruction students receive from an accredited CNA training program.

Nursing Guidance was founded by Daphney Ceme, a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN, BSN). Drawing on her clinical and educational background, she created this webinar series to give CNA candidates an affordable, accessible starting point for exam preparation.
